Refund policy

Payments are under no circumstances refundable, unless otherwise specified. No refunds / exchanges are allowed on personalized / customized items. Cancellation of orders (within 24 hours only) by the customer will attract a 10% administration / handling fee. Our clothing items are purchased from various suppliers and sizing may differ. We do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on garments that do not fit. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge if reported on the day of delivery and only if it is due to a manufacturing fault. Items are double-checked and photographed before leaving our premises.
