Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: Current lead time 5-7 Business days to process the order BEFORE it can be dispatched and this cannot be expedited. Please note that we only start processing your order after payment clears in our account. During special holidays and peak periods, and based on quantities, lead time can increase to 7-10 business days before dispatch. Please remember that business days DO NOT include weekends and public holidays. For bulk orders, lead time will increase but will be communicated with you beforehand. No collections allowed - we are an online store, and not open to the public. Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number or waybill number / update will be provided. It will be the customer’s responsibility to track the status of the parcel. All deliveries are handled by external service providers and we have no control over them once they leave our premises. We wrap and pack parcels as best we can and accept no responsibility for any delays, losses, damages, breakages or theft that may occur. Under no circumstances will merchandise be sent by normal post and prices quoted are exclusive of shipping fees.
